THE EDIT.
For founders and high-responsibility leaders navigating scale, risk, and complexity.
Three focused recalibration sessions to resolve internal friction strategy and effort can’t reach.
Most problems at this stage have a business solution. This one doesn’t.
At a certain point, the constraint is no longer the company. It’s the person running it.
There’s an internal layer beneath capability and effort that shapes how you decide, lead, and move. As the stakes raise, it becomes harder to ignore.
Override this layer and internal friction builds. Work with it precisely, and it becomes leverage.
Internal friction is energy turned against itself. THE EDIT turns it back into forward motion.
Internal friction does not stay contained. It carries cost.
Internal friction isn't a feeling. It’s a line item. It shows up as:
→ Decision delay: Three weeks of hesitation on a key hire or tough conversation. $50k a month in “I should have taken care of that sooner.”
→ Energy leaks: You overdrive or overcorrect. Risk calibration skews. The bill arrives 6 months later.
→ Signal bleed: A team that mirrors your internal tension. Execution slows to match it.
→Processing drag: You close the laptop, but the decision stays open. Cognitive load compounds. Presence drops at home.
At this level, return isn’t about time saved. It’s about decision speed, restored momentum, and clean moves in critical moments.
Why THE EDIT exists.
You can access almost any strategy in seconds. More information is not the constraint. The issue isn’t knowing what to do. It is what plays out internally while you’re doing it. The common approaches available address a different layer:
→Executive coaching refines behavior and thinking, while the internal friction shaping those behaviors remains active beneath it.
→Strategic consulting adds structure and plans. Often increasing complexity for the person already at capacity.
→Traditional therapy prioritizes exploration and historical processing. Not built for leaders who must make clean, high-stakes decisions this quarter.
None of these are designed to resolve internal friction at the point it interferes with execution.
THE EDIT is.
THE EDIT exists because leadership at scale demands something different. Most personal development work is designed for depth over time. Most executive support is built for strategy and performance. Very little is built for the overlap — where responsibility is high, time and capacity are limited, and the internal state of the leader directly shapes what the business becomes.
THE EDIT was built for the overlap.
How THE EDIT works.
THE EDIT is delivered through three private virtual sessions over 21 days, with intentional space between for integration.
Each session is under 60 minutes and scheduled to fit an active leadership timeline.
During the session, your eyes are closed to remove external input. This allows us to track what is actually driving the pattern — not what you think is driving it.
We identify the active constraint and track the pattern as it expresses through thought, emotion, and physical sensation.
There is no script. There is no fixed protocol.
You close your laptop and return to work clear.
No prep. No downtime. No extra work.
We work on what’s running under the surface. And we don’t separate the leader from the human.
Most of the friction rarely has to do with “business”. It may show up as:
→The pressure of relentless responsibility or heavy unprocessed emotions
→Questioning whether you still want what you’ve built
→Hesitating on things you know you need to do or conversations you need to have
→Distance creeping into the relationships that matter
→Capital at risk that keeps replaying in your head
→A health concern that won’t let you sleep
Pushing harder isn’t the answer. Clearing the friction is.
I’m Imani Nic
I’m an entrepreneur with over two decades of experience building and leading businesses.
THE EDIT did not begin as an offer. It developed over time through disciplined practice, study in subconscious and somatic modalities, and years of quiet refinement with clientelle.
For the past four years, I’ve worked privately with entrepreneurs operating in the $1-$10M range. As their lives and companies scaled it became clear how essential this layer of work was to their self-leadership.
Over time, that long-term, in depth work, distilled. What remained became THE EDIT — internal precision recalibration built for high-performers on leadership timelines.
Access begins with a private consult to determine alignment. You speak honestly, I listen carefully. We decide from there.
FAQs
Who is THE EDIT for?
THE EDIT is for founders and primary-decision makers whose internal patterns directly influence revenue, team stability, and strategic direction. If you know what needs to happen but something internal is in the way of executing on it, or leadership is feeling heavy — this is the work.
1
Is three sessions really enough?
2
Yes — THE EDIT works at the level where patterns are formed, not managed. Each session resolves one active internal constraint shaping execution. Once resolved, behavior reorganizes without effort.
Why is it priced at $5,000?
Because the cost of internal friction at your level compounds quickly. THE EDIT is priced below the impact of a single miscalibrated decision. This work moves quickly. If after the first session it’s clear this isn’t the right lever, we close cleanly and the remaining investment is returned.
3
If strategy is clear but execution still feels heavier than it should, if you've already optimized externally and something internal keeps repeating; if you sense that your next level depends less on new tactics and more on internal alignment —this is likely the right lever.
4
Is this the right lever?
The bottleneck isn’t out there.
It’s personal and it’s internal. Access begins with a brief alignment conversation.
