We offer coaching, courses, and digital programs designed for emotional, energetic, and leadership growth. Results are dependent on your individual effort, commitment, and follow-through. No guarantees are made or implied.

3. Payment Terms & Commitment

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our services, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

By enrolling in a program or selecting a payment plan (e.g., a 6-month mastermind), you agree to pay the full amount as outlined—regardless of your participation, attendance, communication, or completion.

Failure to attend, lack of communication, or a period of inactivity exceeding 14 days will be considered abandonment and does not cancel your financial responsibility.

Missed or failed payments must be resolved within 3 business days to maintain access to the program. Repeated failures may result in termination of access without release from financial obligation.

Chargebacks and unauthorized payment disputes will be challenged and pursued to the fullest extent of the law. We reserve the right to involve collections agencies or take legal action to recover owed payments.

If you're experiencing difficulty, you are expected to communicate with us. We are here to support, not to chase.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and materials are the sole property of Hibiscus LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any part of the content without written permission.

5. Disclaimer
